The present modification application has been filed for modification of order dated 17.06.2020, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.9565 of 2020 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.
On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No.105 of 2019, pending in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36406 of 2022(2) dt.27-07-2022 2/2 the court of learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, subject to deposit of sum of Rs.2000/- (rupees two thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund.
The order dated 17.06.2020, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.9565 of 2020 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
