Patna High Court MJC No.1568 of 2024(3) dt.27-06-2024 2/2 recalled. Registry is hereby directed to list C.W.J.C. No.14115 of 2023 before the concerned roaster Bench.

4. Petitioners are liable to pay cost and it is quantified @ Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only). Cost shall be remitted in the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of three weeks.
