Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018 for the offence under sections 447, 341, 379, 511, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The instant was registered on 1.5.2018 and with regard to occurrence on 24.4.2018 there is no explanation for the inordinate delay of 7 days in lodging of FIR. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is inordinate delay in lodging the FIR, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76389 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai , in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
