The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this writ application is being filed for a direction to respondent concerned to grant 1st, 2nd and 3rd Assured Progression Scheme (MACPS) to the petitioner and thereafter fixed a pay scale by the respondent but till date ACP has not granted without any valid reason, And/or pass such any order/orders, writ/writs, direction/directions for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the fact and circumstances of this case." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.13309 of 2021(2) dt.13-12-2023 2/2 seeks to approach the Chief Medical Officer, Supaul for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner before the Chief Medical Officer, Supaul, within a period of two weeks from today, appropriate decision shall be taken thereon and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
