Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is a helper (Munsi) in the rice mill known as M/s Jagdamba Rice Mill. The Proprietor of the Rice Mill namely Divesh Kumar Choudhary has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 31117 of 2015.

The matter relates to non-deposit of the CMR

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32833 of 2019(7) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 of rice by the miller with the State Food Corporation as per the agreement between the parties.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Laheriasarai Police Station Case No.155 of 2015 G.R.No.1208 of 2015, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
