The petitioner Ram Shrestha Singh seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302 , 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Sahindra Singh ,the husband of the deceased Anmol Devi lodged the case but during the course of investigation it has come that Sahindra Singh killed his own wife and threw here dead body. There is no eye witness . The petitioner Ramsaresth Singh is the father of Sahindra Singh . Ajay Singh has already been enlarged on bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 27459 of 2013.

Considering the fact that petitioner is the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38071 of 2014 (3) dt.20-01-2015 2/2 father of Sahindra Singh and there is no allegation against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-3, Begusarai in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 78 of 2012.
