Petitioner seeks bail in Jandaha P.S. Case No.02 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402 Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that police got information that some persons have assembled to commit crime. Thereafter, the police reached at the spot. Three persons were apprehended while two persons managed to run away. From possession of the petitioner, one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2019 having clean antecedents. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that coaccused, Adarsh Kumar, has already been granted regular bail

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, X, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Jandaha P.S.
