This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Barhara P.S. Case No. 282 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is accused in this case with her entire family. The case was registered in the year 2018. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. There are allegations against her of being responsible for the suicide of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid and also the fact that the petitioner is an absconder, I am not inclined to grant her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42636 of 2021(3) dt.20-05-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from today.
