The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 434 of 2019 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated several co-accused have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 36353 of 2020 on 09.04.2021.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
