Counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 354, 307, 379, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 302 of I.P.C. has been added.

Allegation is that while the informant's brother along with his wife was returning from his in-law's house, the accused persons, variously armed, assaulted them, due to which they sustained injuries.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner

Subsequently the victim is said to have died and Section 302 of I.P.C. has been added in the present case. The main allegation of assault is against coaccused Md. Ibrar alias Laddan and Md. Chhotu as per the F.I.R. So far the petitioner is concerned, no allegation of assault is alleged against her. Other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr.Misc.No.23130 of 2020 and Cr.Misc.No.22476 of 2020. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Shahkund (Sajour) P.S. case No.59 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
