JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 The petitioner was directed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali at Hajipur to pay to the opposite party no. 2 an amount of Rs. 5000/- per month from the date of passing of the order.

On challenge, notice was issued to the other side and the petitioner was asked to pay to opposite party no. 2 an amount of Rs. 1000/- per month till the pendency of the present revision petition.

Learned counsel appearing for opposite party no. 2 has submitted that till date, not even that amount i.e. Rs. 1000/- per month has been paid by the petitioner to the opposite party no. 2.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not

The petition is dismissed.
