The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No.41 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that after investigation, the petitioner has been exonerated by the police but differing with the final form, learned Magistrate has taken cognizance.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
