The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 10.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21555 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted bail on 10.01.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 21555 of 2022 with certain conditions. He further submits that petitioner and his brother are poor and landless person and they are living on a Gairmazarua land by constructing hutment. They are doing labour work and have no any movable or immovable property in their names and due to that reason petitioner is unable to furnish the bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-and hence he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34693 of 2023(2) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 orally prays to modify the amount of said bail bond to the extent of Rs. 5,000/-.

Learned APP does not controvert the aforesaid submission.

In the light of the aforesaid submission, order dated 10.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc No. 21555/2022 stands modified to the extent that petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M. Ist Class, Khagria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 224 of 2021, G.R. No. 3135 of 2021.

In the aforesaid manner, this modification petition stands disposed of.
