The petitioner seeks bail in Vaishali P.S. Case No. 143 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other FIR named accused persons committed torture, harassment and caused death of the daughter of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is Mother-in-law of the deceased. Petitioner is separate in mess and property for the last eight years and she has got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2021 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that petitioner is lady and mother-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 143 of 2020.
