The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 342, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusations are of torture and making assault for non-fulfillment of dowry demand and ousting the informant from her matrimonial house.

It is jointly submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42376 of 2021(7) dt.30-08-2022 2/2 petitioner as well as informant that both the petitioner and the informant have compromised the matter and they are living happily as husband and wife.

Considering the aforestated facts, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 180 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
