JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 390 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 380, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 / 4 Witch & Crafts Act (Diane Act). Petitioners have been summoned to face trial on the basis of complaint petition. Though serious and bald allegations have been levelled against the petitioners but taking note of the aforesaid fact as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that above-
