2. The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased. He is an absconder. He wants his alibi to be investigated without appearing before the police.

3. From reading of the F.I.R., it appears that the petitioner is a dreaded criminal.

4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to consider the prayer of the petitioner at this stage. This application is dismissed.
