2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for setting aside the common order dated 11.05.2022 passed in Mutation Appeal Case No. 659 of 2019-2020, 660 of 2019-2020, 661 of 2019-2020 and 662 and 2019-2020 (Circle Officer, Korha Vs. Virendra Paswan and others), whereby and whereunder, in

Patna High Court CWJC No.11885 of 2025(2) dt.24-07-2025 2/3 view of the recommendation made by the Circle Officer, Korha, the Deputy Collector, Land Revenue, Katihar has cancelled the mutation made in favour of the petitioners above named;

(ii) for setting aside the order dated 07.11.2019 passed in Mutation Case No.

1141 of 2018-2019, Mutation Case No. 526 of 2018-2019, 487 of 2018-2019 and Mutation Case No. 1009 of 2018-2019;

(iii) for directing and commanding the respondent authorities to make fresh enquiry and restore the mutation running in the name of the petitioners which has been cancelled by the Deputy Collector Land Reforms exceeding jurisdiction in an illegal manner;

(iv) for any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioners are entitled for the case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that an appeal shall be preferred in next four weeks alongwith the supporting documents before the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.11885 of 2025(2) dt.24-07-2025 3/3 Collector, Katihar (respondent no.3) in next four weeks.

4. if such petition is preferred alongwith the supporting documents, the same be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
