JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Begusarai Mufasil P. S. Case No. 534 of 2018 disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379 of IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner and several other persons of assault to the informant and other family members. There is specific allegation of assault also against the petitioners no.1 to 3 of causing injury by knife and there is allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32294 of 2019(3) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 against petitioner no. 6 is of assault by butt of the pistol. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case and they are next door neighbour and further submission is that impugned order does not show any serious injury on the person of any of the injured. Petitioners side has also received injury.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Mufasil P.
