The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 797 of 2020 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 36 and 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 18285 of 2021 on 06.04.2021.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42649 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 797 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
