In the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the provisional selection list of the applicants under the BC category on the post of the Special Survey Amin which was prepared after conuseling of the candidates along with the petitioner whose candidature in the counseling list stood at Serial

Patna High Court CWJC No.6986 of 2021 dt.10-02-2022 2/3 No. 5885 of the page 26 out of 42 which clearly shows that his institution category is private and belongs to the physical handicapped category and his final point is 69.22. Secondly the alleged and exhibited reasons of rejection under R-11 is absolutely erroneous and flimsy.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ of mandamus directing the respondents to revise and rectify the selection list by giving the petitioner appointment on the post of Special Survey Amin from the date on which other candidates have most arbitrarily been selected by gross discrimination to the petitioner.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for grant of ad interim stay of the appointment process for the post of Special Survey Amin by keeping at least one post vacant during pendency of this writ application.

The present petition is bereft material information. The petitioner is asking for certain reliefs pursuant to provisional select list for the post of Special Survey Amin. He has not furnished a copy of provisional select list. Moreover, the present petition is premature in respect of entertaining the petition against the provisional select list.

The petitioner has a remedy in filing objection to the provisional select list for Special Survey Amin. Hence, the present petition is dismissed as premature, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file objection to the provisional select list of Special Survey Amin. If it is already finalized, in that event he

Patna High Court CWJC No.6986 of 2021 dt.10-02-2022 3/3 is permitted to challenge the final select list independently. With the aforesaid, the present petition, stands dismissed.
