Patna High Court CWJC No.8872 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to challenge the order of cancellation of his license before the appellate authority.

Permission is granted.

Should such an appeal be filed within a period of 30 days, the appellate authority, after giving reasonably sufficient time to the petitioner, shall decide the matter. While doing so, he shall advert to the reply filed by the petitioner and the order passed by him shall provide reasons in support of the same. The entire process be concluded within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands withdrawn and disposed off.
