A supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 1 i.e. the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Bihar, Patna and an order dated 09.01.2019 has been produced, whereby and whereunder the pay anomaly has been removed and the amended pay scale has been granted to the category "Gha" employees of the University and the petitioner also belongs to category "Gha" .

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the State Government has removed the anomaly but now the said decision of the State Government has to be implemented by the University.

The learned counsel for the University submits that the University would be implementing the aforesaid order of the State Government dated 09.01.2019 within a period of four weeks from today.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent- University to implement the aforesaid decision of the State Government dated 09.01.2019 within a period of four weeks from today and grant necessary benefits to the petitioner herein.
