Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 99 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366, 376, 494 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. As a matter of fact the victim girl, who is major, in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that she was not kidnapped by anyone and she had herself gone out of her house and has married with the son of these petitioners. It is further submitted that petitioners are parents of the husband of the victim girl and merely being the parents they

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71499 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 have been implicated in this case. They have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Sitmarhi in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 99 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
