Counsel for the petitioner submits that though he has filed a detailed representation which is Annexure 5 to the writ petition and is dated 14.10.2014, till date the claim of the petitioner for back wages and for consideration of his case for regularization has not been considered by the authorities.
In view of the limited nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, the writ petition is being disposed off as the claims of the writ petitioner are required to be considered by the authorities.
