JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 Prayer is for modification in the address column of the petitioner in the main petition of Cr. Misc. No. 52118 of 2018 filed in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No.8 of 2014 and the order dated 10.10.2018 passed in the aforesaid criminal miscellaneous.

Let address of the petitioner be replaced at both the aforesaid places as resident of village-Bakhadda, P.S. Sahebpur Kamal, District-Begusarai. Time for furnishing bail-bond is extended for further four weeks with condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs.1,000/- (One Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of furnishing of the bail bonds.
