ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2014 in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 299 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though he is named in the FIR but there is no cogent material on record to connect the petitioner with the present case. It is further submitted that apparently it was a case of love marriage between the said Sunny Kumar who was a proprietor of a coaching institute and Suruchi Kumari, daughter of the informant which lead to the occurrence. It is further submitted that the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C which has been brought on record by way of supplementary affidavit, did not mention the name of the petitioner at all.
