The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Galgalia P.S.Case No.12 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of stolen cows .

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the cows were of the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for two months as well as the charge sheet has already been submitted as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.30553 of 2019(2) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Kishanganj in connection with Galgaliya P.S.Case No.12 of 2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
