2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dumra P. S. Case No. 490/2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 310(4), 310(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one pistol and two cartridges were recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.
