The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner established sexual relation with her on the pretext of marriage. She further alleged that on 04.04.2013 the petitioner solemnized marriage with her in "Maa Shayama Mandir", Darbhanga and thereafter he along with her husband was living on a rented house. On 06.05.2013 the parents of her hsband came and took away the petitioner.

It appears that the victim was major and she had already solemnized marriage in a temple. Considering the
