That by this writ application the petitioner prays for quashing the order dated 08.08.2015, passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Officer-cum-Chairman, Maintenance Tribunal, Patna Sadar, Patna in Prakaran Case No. 6/2015, by which the learned Tribunal has been pleased to direct the petitioner to hand over 2 rooms in favour of his father Sri Surendra Prasad Singh (respondent no. 3), out of 4 rooms, which is arbitrary, illegal and based upon a wrong and incorrect report, which is under challenge here."
