2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 298 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(c),25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. There is recovery of 20 kg of ganja.

4. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier his application was rejected vide order dated 04.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48346 of 2022. The petitioner is in jail since 03.06.2022.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional District and Session Judge cum Special Judge (NDPS),

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Haspura police station on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
