2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No.129 of 2021, registered on 22.07.2021, for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 308, 354(B), 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. 04.

3. As per prosecution case, the informant gave a written report that she and her sister-in-law were assaulted by the petitioners and other co-accused persons with slaps and fists.

4. Specific allegation of assault is against Baidyanath Yadav who has already been allowed pre-arrest bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr.Mis.No. 33927/2023. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners and no specific overt act has been alleged against them. Doctor has found simple injuries.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in Lakhnaur Police Station Case No. 129 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
