Admittedly the proceeding is pending before the Certificate Officer-cum- Sub-Divisional Officer, Kishanganj and the petitioner intends to file objections under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914. In case, the petitioner files objection before the Certificate Officer-cum- Sub-Divisional Officer, Kishanganj within two weeks from today, the Certificate Officer would decide the same within a period of four weeks from the date of

Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
