2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 06.07.2018 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Matrimonial Case No.78 of 2018 by which petitioner was directed to pay Rs.4,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the opposite party no.2 till disposal of the matrimonial case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of as it has become infructuous.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
