The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sathi P. S. Case No.12 of 2019 registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the statement of the victim, as recorded under Section 164 of the CrPC wherein she has not uttered a word against the petitioner, who is custody since 07.03.2019, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Sathi P. S. Case No.12 of 2019, subject to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30109 of 2019(2) dt.23-05-2019 2/2 following conditions:- (a) that the petitioner shall attend court in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed;

(b) that the petitioner shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of the present case; and (c) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
