ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Banshi P.S. Case No.14 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the Mukhiya, who is alleged to have taken into consideration fake documents giving appointment as Panchayat Teachers and on such facts and circumstances, that the petitioner is facing prosecution. It is submitted that the petitioner was unaware and has no means to test the veracity of the certificates which had been filed by the candidates.

In view of the aforementioned facts and

No.33488 of 2019(2) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 circumstances and also because other similarly situated coaccused persons have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr.Misc. No.63617 of 2018 vide order dated 12.12.2018, Cr.Misc. No.28274 of 2017 vide order dated 18.07.2017 and Cr.Misc. No.24487 of 2017 vide order dated 24.07.201, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, in connection with Banshi P.S. Case No.14 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
