The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Khodawantpur (Chaurahi OP) P.S. Case No. 174 of 2018 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 195(A), 504, 506, 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ladies and they have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that if the petitioners are granted interim protection, they will see that the girl is produced before the court below.

No.73847 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on provisional bail for a period of 2 months from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st Begusarai in connection with Khodawantpur (Chaurahi OP) P.S. Case No. 174 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.

If the petitioners produce the girl before the court below within two months and in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. if the victim girl makes statement that these petitioners have no role in the instant case, the court below shall make the provisional bail absolute.
