1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that he has no instructions from his client to argue the matter.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents has stated that the cause in the present writ petition does not survive as the representation made by the petitioner has already been rejected vide letter dated 22.10.2014 (Annexure-14) and the petitioner has not challenged the same.
3. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is dismissed as having becoming infructuous. However, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies as available under the law, if he is so advised
