JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 23-02-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to pay the admitted amount of contractual work done by the petitioner in connection with the agreement in question.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.13381 of 2021(2) dt.23-02-2022 2/2 seeks liberty to approach the Engineer-in-Chief-cum- Additional Commissioner-cum- Special Secretary, Building Construction Department, Bihar, Patna for redressal of its aforesaid grievances.

We, accordingly, dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 3 by filing appropriate representation for redressal of its aforesaid grievances and in case such representation is filed within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of, in accordance with law, by a reasoned and a speaking order within a period of six weeks. In case any admitted outstanding dues are found payable, the same shall be paid within a period of four weeks thereafter, failing which the amount due and payable shall carry an interest @ 8% per annum from the date it had become due till the date of payment.
