The petitioner seeks bail in Desari P.S. Case No. 62/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 392, 411, 341 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence informant was going to his village Sonarathi on a tempo. It is alleged that two other persons were also along with Tempo driver. When tempo arrived near Toi Temple, tempo driver and aforesaid two unknown persons assaulted the informant and snatched his silver chain worth Rs. 2000/-. Learned counsel for petitioner has submitted that occurrence has taken place on 07.03.2019 and F.I.R. has been lodged on 08.03.2019.

Petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IInd, Vaishali in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 62/2019, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
