Having regard to the fact that the prayer for bail of the petitioner has already been rejected by order dated 07.10.2013 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 15839 of 2013, on merit, this Court is not inclined to once again go into the merits of the case specially when from the report of the trial Court dated 14.08.2014, it transpires that not only the evidence has been completed but even the arguments were being made and the Court below had expected the case to be disposed of within a period of one month.
