This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with I.A. No.2 of 2023 in G.R. No. 5724 of 2022 arising out of Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 749 of 2022 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has offered to deposit Rs. 50,000/- in Ram Krishna Mission Vidyapith, Ramkrishna Nagar, Deoghar, Jharkhand814112, without accepting his guilt. He has three similar antecedents and also he is in custody since 21.03.2023.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33498 of 2023(2) dt.23-05-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
Petitioner has granted regular bail. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-I, Bhagalpur, in connection with I.A. No.2 of 2023 in G.R. No. 5724 of 2022 arising out of Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 749 of 2022.
Petitioner's bail bond shall be accepted only after he produces the receipt of Rs. 50,000/- issued by Ram Krishna Mission Vidyapith, Ramkrishna Nagar, Deoghar, Jharkhand814112 and verification of the genuineness of the receipt. (Sandeep Kumar, J) saurabhkrsinha/- U T
