2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 to 6, vide order dated 12.06.2020 passed in A.B.P. No. 1555 of 2020, arising out of Mushahari P.S. Case No. 78 of 2020, G.R. No. 1954 of 2020 by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and take steps for early disposal of the case.
