JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in F.I.R but in course of investigation, one Mantosh Kumar was arrested and disclosed that he had kept the looted motor cycle at the house of the petitioner and thereafter the aforesaid looted motor cycle was recovered form garaze of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and his stand is that he had purchased the said motor cycle from co-accused without being aware of this fact that the said motor cycle was stolen property.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38508 of 2014 (2) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S.Case No. 306 of 2014.
