JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 The petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2014 in relation to Bihpur P.S. Case No.84 of 2014 instituted under Section-366 A of the Indian Penal Code and Section-27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the F.I.R., the statement of the informant and the statement of the victim girl under Section-164 Cr.P.C. give out three different stories to the alleged occurrence.
Be that as it may, the petitioner, namely, Amit alias Tempo Yadav shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39971 of 2014 (03) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Naugachia in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No.86 of 2014.
