04-12-2018 After some argument, Sri Diwakar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, requests for disposal of the present anticipatory bail petition so that petitioner may avail appropriate remedy before the court below, since offence alleged i.e. Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003 is compoundable offence. The prayer is allowed.
The anticipatory bail petition stands disposed of with an observation that if within a period of six weeks from today the petitioner appears and offers for compounding the offence before the court below, the learned court below, without being prejudiced with this order, may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, preferably on the same date.
