JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Kumarkhand (Belari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the similarly circumstanced co-accused persons having been granted privilege of regular bail, as indicated in paragraph 16 of the application, this application is allowed.

It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the prayer portion of this application, district 'Araria' has been typed in place of 'Madhepura' mistakenly.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31601 of 2020(3) dt.07-01-2021 2/2 On perusal of the records, it appears that the mistake is bonafide. 'Araria' shall accordingly be read as 'Madhepura' for the present order.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Madhepura in Kumarkhand (Belari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019.
