The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 30(d), 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

7 liters of country-made Mahua liquor and other utensils have been recovered from the orchard of village Buchi. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The orchard does not belong to this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks

Case No. 264 of 2021, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
