2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is a case of dowry death.
4. Petitioner No.1 is the Nanad and petitioner No.2 is Nandosi and petitioner No.3 is mother-in-law. There is accusation against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody.
5. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the husband of the deceased is already in custody since 03.01.2023
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39591 of 2023(3) dt.08-09-2023 2/2 and petitioners are separate in mess and property. Allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, in connection with Parasbigha P.S.
